1. Ordering
Shortly after you have placed an order with us an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details of your order. Should you not receive confirmation within five business days, please email us.

2. Payment
We accept payment in US dollars through PayPal, an internationally recognized online payment system. If you are new to Paypal, please click here to open a Paypal account.

3. Order Cancellation
Not possible so please make sure you are ready to proceed when putting in an order.

4. Returns and Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We are strict with our refund policy because your shirts are custom-made for you and therefore a re-sell will not be possible. Therefore, please feel free to ask as many questions as you like until you feel comfortable in placing an order.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship our shirts from our workshop in Bangkok using Express Mail Service (EMS) of Thailand Post. This is a reliable registered shipping service that can be tracked online. Our shipping rates include our shipping and handling costs and you are responsible for any import duties/taxes resulting from your orders. We will not be responsible for delays or expenses in shipping associated with customs difficulties. In case of concerns we would suggest your contacting your local customs office.

6. Privacy Policy
Vinai Tailor is committed to protecting your privacy. We know that you care how information about you is used, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so in an honorable manner. We ensure that none of the information you provide will be traded or sold. All information collected (during the initial account creation process, for example) is routed through an encrypted Secure Socket Layers (SSL) connection for your protection. SSL is the industry standard for concealing information on the internet.
